After a successful career in the travel and hospitality industries, Vanessa pursued her passion to study the culinary arts.  She enrolled at the esteemed Institute of Culinary Education in New York City where she graduated with honors.  In 2003 she launched A Delicious Affair catering.


Chef Vanessa's travel career afforded her the opportunity to travel the globe where she immersed herself in the various cultures, foods and cooking styles. She channels her experiences when creating custom menus for her clients.  Vanessa revels in the freshness and visual aesthetics of in-season foods. She brings a palette pleasing creativity to her dishes to elevate each to the highest level of taste and elegance.  "Each day brings inspiration for A Delicious Affair."
